Poetry Emotion

With poetry comes emotion
The heart's inner desire
Set to pen on paper
To allow one's dreams catch fire

Some of the words are set ablaze
To light up the night
Written on paper
To catch one's sight

When I write these words
I'm dreaming while awake
To hold each moment
To make your heart quake

With poetry comes emotion
With emotion comes tears
All my love, all my hate
Words written without any fears

So if you're reading this my friend
You have captured my soul
With each word you read
You've played a big role

My friendshps I hold dearly
My poetry is for you
My love, and my thoughts
Without words will not do
