Then things got bad

We faught, we argued

And then I got sad

We broke-up so long ago

Never to speak

Then one day I thought

Why am I so weak?

We should be friends

So I gave it my all

I'll talk to him again

Even if I should fall

We're friends now

Friends, family, nothing more

Still missing the past

But all that's out the door!

The past is the past

The future is today

We'll continue to be friends
