With the rain falling all around me
And the skies a gloomy gray
I'm stand in wonder and amazement
At how it's still a beautiful day
The air is so fragrant and so fresh
I stand and let the rain pour on me
When others will run for shelter
I stand and just feel so alive, so free
The rain stops, and the clouds lift
The sky finally turns blue again
I look up and see a rainbow
God's promise over His domain
