I was lost in my world of darkness
Never thinking I would find my way
Then a light came into my life
It shone as bright as the day

The darkness seemed to fade away
With the light you braught into my heart
Now all I know is a love so bright
That will never want to depart

You have shown me the light
In the darkness I will no longer hide
Time to come out and show the true me
to the shadows I am no longer tied

The darkness is forever gone
We're happy together in the light
Our love has erased all the shadows
And it's that love that shines so bright
