Flood of Tears

The flood of tears drown my soul
As I sit in the middle of my bed and cry
I can't figure out what has come over me
I can't figure out the reason why

I just sit here and continue crying
Allowing my tears to stain my soul
Flooding the bed sheets all around me
I just feel like there's a great big hole

The flood of tears drown my soul
I seem to just cry for no reason at all
I wonder if these tears will ever cease
Or will they continue to just fall
